摘    要:针对目前植物保护专业人才培养存在的实践教学示范性内容多而综合性创新性内容少、实践教学操作程序不规范、考核不严格、实验仪器设备少、实践教学基地缺乏、实践教学内容缺乏连贯性等问题,认为植物保护专业的实践教学应在实验室建设、创新能力培养、实践教学内容突出综合性和创新性、实践教学时间等方面,采用开放式实践教学模式,充分利用天然实习基地,建立并巩固农化企业等校外实习基地。对学生、用人单位的调查结果表明,植保专业学生的培养采用开放式实践教学模式取得了较为满意的效果。

Abstract:Currently,there exist many problems in professional talents cultivation of Plant Protection.For instance,the content in practice teaching demonstration is far more than that in comprehensive and innovative aspect;the operation procedures of Practice teaching are nonstandard,and the appraisal is not so strict;Experimental instrument and Practice teaching bases are in shortage.In addition,practice teaching content lacks consistency.In consideration of all the problems mentioned above,this thesis is expected to express the view that professional talents cultivation of plant protection should adopt the "opening" talent cultivation mode,and make full use of the natural practice bases;meanwhile,establish and strengthen outside school practice bases,such as agriculture enterprise.An investigation for students and employing unit showed that the cultivation for the students in plant protection major of 2005~2009 period,which has adopted the "opening" talent cultivation mode has achieved satisfactory results.
