| Abstract: | Taking the reform of the personnel system of Qinhuangdao Library,an institution,as the example,this paper expounds the experiences of this reform from aspects of formulating the reform scheme,designing the posts scientifically,competing for the posts,signing the employment contract,making appropriate arrangement of the unemployed personnel,strengthening the leadership,organizing and carrying out strictly,and doing well the ideological work,etc. |
