摘    要:研究了控制阴极电势电积法的反应机理、工艺流程及应用情况.运用该新工艺电积时不析出氢气和砷化氢气体.通过控制阴极电势电积法、间断电积法、连续电积法各项参数的比较,该新工艺具有电流效率和工作效率高、能耗低、脱杂能力强等一系列优点.工业生产应用试验证实:该新工艺可控性强,安全可靠,操作简便,具有较大的经济效益和社会效益.

Abstract:Reaction mechanism, processing and application of controlling cathodic potential electrowinning were studied. When the new technology was used in electrowinning processing,hydrogen and arsine were not evolved. Compared with various parameters of disconnected and continuous electrowinning, the cathodic potential electrowinning have many advantages, such as high current efficiency, high work efficiency, low energy consumption and strong impurity removal ability. Industrial application experiments indicate that the new technology can be controlled easily and operated simply and safely, and has extensive economic and social values.
