摘    要:评标是招标过程的重要环节,评价方法较多.在建立评标指标体系的基础上,通过构建指标评价函数和语言评价集,分别采用层次分析和模糊决策方法,计算各标书指标向量在理想方案向量上的投影值,作为业主满意度,并以此来评价各方案的优劣.

Abstract:The bid assessment is the important link of the bidding process,there are many evaluation methods.Based on the bid assessment index system,this paper adopts AHP and fuzzy decision making method through constructing evaluation index function and language evaluation sets and then calculate the cosine value between each index vector and the ideal solution index vector as owner's satisfaction,which is used to evaluate the bidding design
