| 摘 要： | 为解决线性内插法在建设项目投资经济分析的实际运用中误差过大,尤其是当基准收益率接近实际内部收益率时常常导致误判的问题,本文通过具体案例,深入分析了导致误差的原因以及在使用线性内插法时应注意的问题.通过采用设置最小折现率和图示的方法,将有利于减小线性内插法带来的误差,提高判断结果的准确性.
