| 摘 要： | 探讨在铂电极上雷公藤内酯醇于0.1mol/L KCl及不同缓冲溶液中的电化学行为。实验表明,在1.0×10-2mol/L的硫酸中,雷公藤内酯醇于-0.56V(vs.SCE)处有一个还原峰;雷公藤内酯醇的浓度在7.39×10-7mol/L~2.94×10-5mol/L的范围内与峰电流有线性关系,线性方程为i=1.88 1.74×107c,相关系数为0.9996;初步探讨了电极反应机理。在B-R缓冲溶液中,有多对还原峰,但随酸度的降低还原峰数减少。
