| 摘 要： | 本研究以蓖麻油为主要原料,采用五氧化二磷为磷酸化试剂,合成一种新型皮革加脂剂.最佳工艺条件为蓖麻油/甲醇(摩尔比)12∶～3;酯交换油/五氧化二磷(重量比)1001∶5～20;磷酸化油/水(重量比)1006∶.应用中的物理、化学性能测试表明,该产品是一种具有发展前景的高档加脂新材料.

| Abstract: | A new leather fatliquor was studied in this paper.Castor oil and phosphorus pentoxide were used to synthesize the compound.With the optimum condition of castor oil / carbinol(mol∶mol) 1∶2～3,transesterification oil / phosphorus pentoxide(weight∶weight) 100∶15～20,phosphating oil / water(weight∶weight) 100∶6.The physical and chemical properties of the product had been tested in the applied experiments.The results showed that the product,as a new and higy-class leathe fatliquor,has a brilliant prospect. |
