培养及接种方式对丽格海棠组培快繁的影响

以丽格海棠叶片为外植体,研究不同接种模式和培养方式对丽格海棠组培快繁的影响.结果表明:丽格海棠叶片诱导分化培养时,叶片反放的接种模式优于叶片正放;丽格海棠丛生芽增殖培养时,液体培养,尤其是丛生芽前期增殖时采用液体旋转培养效果优于固体培养.此结果对丽格海棠组培快繁具有一定的指导意义.

Effects of Inoculation Model and Culture Method on Rapid Propagation in Rieger Begonia

In this study,leaves of Rieger Begonia were used as explants for tissue culture,in which the effects of different inoculation models and different culture methods on the rapid propagation of Rieger Begonia were invesitgated.The results showed: The leaves cultured on regeneration media with the upper surface in contact with the media were better than that with the abaxial surface in contact with the media;Liquid culture method was better than the solid one when the adventitious shoots were proliferated,especially for the early proliferated shoots.
