地方高校大学生满意度调查与分析

摘    要:采用自编量表,从硬件设施、校园文化、教学质量、师资队伍、人本管理及其他等构面对大学生教育服务满意度进行调查.结果显示,学生对所在高校的整体感知满意度得分为1.44分,处于满意到一般之间水平,其中学生对师资队伍的满意度接近满意水平,学校人本管理满意度接近一般水平.差异分析结果显示,整体感知满意度存在性别差异(P?0.05),专业差异不显著(P?0.05);校园文化维度专业差异显著(P?0.05),年级差异不显著(P?0.05);师资队伍、人本管理维度年级差异显著(P?0.05),生源地差异不显著(P?0.05).结果表明,地方高校办学硬件条件、校园文化、教学质量、师资队伍以及人本管理等方面的提升迫在眉睫.

Investigation andanalysis of students' satisfaction in localuniversities
Abstract:Self-made questionnaires were applied to conduct the survey,including 6 parts,suchasthe hardware facilities,campus culture,teacher quality,teaching staff,human management andthe others.The results shows the overall perceived satisfaction scoreis 1.44,which between satisfaction andaverage level.The student satisfaction to the teaching quality is up to satisfaction-level,but satisfaction to the human management is close to average-level. Thedifferent analysisshowsoverall recognitionsatisfactionhassignificantdifferenceingender(P<0.05),and it has insignificant differencein specialty(P>0.05).The satisfaction oncampusculture shows significantin specialty (P<0.05),but it′s insignificantin grade(P>0.05).The satisfaction onteachingqualityandhumanmanagement has significant difference in grade(P<0.05),but it′s insignificant in birthplace(P>0.05).Therefore,it is imminent to enhance the hardware conditions,campus cultures,teaching qualities and human management in local universities.
