某二自由度回转支撑架拓扑优化设计

摘    要:针对常见二自由度回转支撑架的最优化结构设计问题,运用ANSYS/Workbench软件对某二自由度回转支撑架的初步模型进行拓扑优化设计,得到了质量分布较为合理的回转支撑架模型,对回转支撑架进行主要参数的敏感度分析,得出了对研究目标有较大影响的敏感参数,运用PRO/E软件的MECHANICA模块,对主要敏感参数进行尺寸优化设计,得到了最优化回转支撑架结构。结果表明二自由度回转支撑架及类似构件的结构优化设计是一种较为简洁的计算方法,对工程运算及设计具有一定的参考价值。

One Two-degree-freedom Rotary Support Frame Topology Optimized Design
Abstract:Targeting at the optimizing structure design of common two-degree-freedom rotary support frame to apply the ANSYS/Workbench software to conduct topological optimal design on the preliminary model of one two-degree-freedom rotary support frame and obtain the rotary support frame model with rel-ative reasonable mass distribution;base on the topological optimal design result to conduct sensitivity anal-ysis of main parameters of rotary support frame and obtain the sensitivity parameters which have large in-fluence on research obj ects;apply the MECHANICA module of PRO/E software to conduct the size opti-mization design of main sensitive parameters and obtain the optimized rotary support frame structure,pro-vide one relative simple calculation method of optimal structural design of two-degree-freedom rotary sup-port frame and similar component which has certain reference value for engineering calculation and design.
