| 摘 要： | 加入WTO以后，中国科技期刊将在理念、政策及管理环境、竞争环境、布局结构以及其它相关因素等方面发生的深刻变化。科技期刊应该尽快树立与WTO规划相适应的意识和理念，按WTO的要求，加快自身的调整，增强核心竞争力，从而在日趋激烈的竞争条件下，获得继续生存与发展的空间。

| Abstract: | After entering WTO,the great changes will take place in Chinese sc i-tech periodicals in conception,policy and management environment,competiti on environment,distribution structure and other relative factors.Sci-tech pe riodi-cals should set up the consciousness and conception suitable to the regul ations of WTO as soon as possible,mak e adjustment on themselves according to the requi rements of WTO,and strength the cent ral competitive power for the p urpose of obtaining the space for continuous existence a nd development under th e conditions of sharper and sharper competitions. |
