用蚕豆根尖细胞微核技术监测府南河水质的研究

摘    要:利用蚕豆根尖细胞微核技术对成都市府南河水质进行监测,测定各采样点水样的蚕豆根尖细胞微核千分率(MCN‰)及污染指数(PI),并进行F检验,结果表明:各样点MCN‰有显著性差异,13个样点中有7个采样点的PI在2以上,和对照组相比差异极显著(p<0.01),表明府南河水质受到不同程度的污染.

Abstract:The micronucleus test of Vicia faba root tip cell was applied to detect the water quality of Funan River, Chengdu, Sichuan Province. The MCN and PI were determined and the F-test was used to evaluate the difference in MCN among different samples. The results showed that there was significant difference in MCN of every site. PI values of 7 sites among 13 sample sites were over 2. This shows that the water quality of Funan River has been partly polluted to different extent.
