海产品致病性气单胞菌的毒力检测与分析

摘    要:针对致病性气单胞菌用小鼠进行急性毒性试验,脱脂奶平板法进行胞外蛋白酶试验及用平板法、试管法、PCR法进行溶血素测定。结果表明:对8种600株致病性气单胞菌进行急性毒性试验,小鼠的平均致死率为63.9%,全部菌株均检出胞外蛋白酶,溶血素的平均阳性率为59.9%。实验结果说明8种致病性气单胞菌均有侵入机体的能力和有较强的致病性,生食或半生食海产品存在一定的危险性。

Abstract:In this study, the main pathogens of pathogenic Aeromonas were analyzed, using mouse, by acute toxicity experiment for toxicity, by skim milk plate for extracellular protease and by plate method, tube method and PCR method for erythrolysin. The results showed that the average death rate of 582 stains of pathogenic Aeromonas belonging to 8 groups was 63.9 percent, all strainscan produce extracellular protease, and the average hemolytic-positive rate was 59.9 percent. The results demonstrated that 8 groups of pathogenic Aeromonas have the ability to penetrate the body and have high pathogenicity. Therefore, there is a certain risk for raw or half-fresh seafood.
