| 摘 要： | 本采用献调研、问卷调查、数理统计法，对新疆师范院校维吾尔族、哈萨克族、蒙古族男、女生共计3000名的体育教学选项课调查进行分析，结合当地环境、教学条件进行课程设置计划的改革，树立“健康第一”的思想，加强教师队伍自身素质提高，满足当今大学生对自身体育发展权力的需求。
