摘    要:采用溶胶-凝胶法,在磁性纳米Fe3O4表面包覆TiO2制备磁性纳米TiO2/Fe3O4复合光催化剂.用XRD、SEM、FTIR对其表面结构进行表征,结果显示Fe3O4表面被锐钛型的TiO2包覆,该磁性纳米光催化剂颗粒分布均匀,平均粒径为80~100 nm.将纳米TiO2/Fe304用着光催化剂去除水中的甲基紫染料,在紫...

Abstract:A magnetic nanometer TiO2/Fe3O4 composite photocatalyst was prepared by depositing TiO2 onto the surface of nano-Fe3O4 cores using sol-gel coating technique.The photocatalyst phase structure and size were characterized by XRD,SEM and FTIR.The results indicated that the average diameter of particles were 80~100 nm and the composite photocatalyst was coated by anatase TiO2.Under ultraviolet irradiation,several factors,including the solution pH,the treated time,the initial concentration of dye,and the dosage of photocatalyst,were investigated to evaluate the removal effect.The results showed that the removal rates of methyl violet could reach 90.5% when the concentration of methyl violet was 20 mg/L and the amount of photocatalyst was 1.8 g/L with pH=2 and 2 h UV irradiation.The removal rates kept over 82% when it was repeatedly used for 3 times.The removal rates of magnetic TiO2/Fe3O4 nano-composites was decreased with the increasing methyl violet concentration,and it was raised with the increasing the dosage of magnetic TiO2/Fe3O4 nano-composites.
