| 摘 要： | 海南省洋浦经济开发区是国务院1992年批准成立的国家级开发区，发展态势较好。随着2007年洋浦保税港区的设立，必将进一步扩大其对外开放程度。为适应洋浦地区的开发建设，本文在现状电网的基础上，结合新形势对电网规划提出建议，满足区域经济社会发展的需要。

| Abstract: | Yangpu Economic Development Zone in Hainan Province in 1992, the State Council approved the establishment of a state- level development zones, the development of the situation better. With the 2007 establishment of the Yangpu bonded harbor, will further expand its level of opening to the outside world. In order to meet the development and construction of the Yangpu district, in this paper, the status quo on the basis of the power grid, combined with the new situation and make recommendations for network planning, to meet the region＇s economic and social development. |
