邵阳学院学生体质健康测试结果的分析研究

为实施完成《大学生体质健康标准》(以下简称《标准》)测试工作,通过对反映大学生身体形态、身体机能和身体素质的三个方面进行测试并与《2005年中国学生体质与健康调研报告》比较分析,结果表明:邵阳学院学生体质测试总平均成绩为81分,及格率为98.33%,良好率为49.89%,优秀率为17.64%;2006级和2007级男、女生身体机能和身体素质明显低于2008级和2009级男、女生;全校学生总体水平高于《标准》的平均水平;依据测试结果分析对我校体育教学并提出相应的意见和建议.

Analysis of The Result of Students' Physical Health Conditions at Shaoyang University

In order to implement the test task of Students＇Physical Health Standard（Standard as below）,we carry out the regular rest of the students＇physical shape,physical function and physical fittness conditions at Shaoyang University,and compared with the result written in The 2005 Research Report of Chinese Students＇Physical Fitness and Health,the result shows： the average score is 81,and the passing rate is 98.33%,the good rate is 49.89%,the excellent rate is 17.64%;in generral,2006 and 2007 male and female body function and physical fitness were significantly lower than 2008 and 2009,the average level of the test is better than the Standard.According to the result,we give some advice and suggestions on the school＇s teaching of physical education.
