| 摘 要： | 目前我国已基本确立反倾销法律制度，但从宏观上看，反倾销立法体例不够科学，从中观角度审视，《反倾销条例》未明确规定反倾销法律原则；从微观视角分析，反倾销实体法和程序法尚存在许多问题。因此通过比较的方法并结合我国国情完善反倾销法是目前立法工作的又一重要任务。

| Abstract: | Chinese anti-dumping legal system has been basically established now.But it isn't systematic.First,in view of macroscopic perspective,Chinese anti-dumping legislation system isn't reasonable.Second,principles of anti-dumping legality haven't been defined clearly in the Anti-Dumping Regulation from microcosmic analysis.Third,anti-dumping substantial and adjective law aren't consummate.Therefore,it is another important legislative task to perfect Chinese anti-dumping law by means of comparative analysis on the basis of our national situation. |
