| 摘 要： | 我国高等学校的管理机制是效法事业单位的管理模式建立起来的,由于存在许多弊端,致使高等学校的发展受到很大程度的约束。为使我国教育发展得更快、更好,我们必须研究高等教育的自身规律和特点,以学习型组织理论为基础构建学习型的适应高校自身发展的管理机制。

| Abstract: | The estbalishment of the administration system of Chinese colleges and universities is modelled on the institution administration system. However to a large degree there exist many disadvantages which restrain the development of colleges and universities in the administration system.In order to develop the higher education with a high and fast speed,we should study the laws and characters of higher education and construct a study-model administration system which is based on the theory of study-model orgnization and suitable for the development of colleges and universities themselves. |
