| 摘 要： | 利用非平衡格林函数,从第一性原理出发计算碳纳米管夹在两个金属铝电极中间,在小频率交流偏压作用下的交流输运特性,观察到在同一体系当中,交流电导随频率增大而减少的现象,同时也观察到交流电导随频率增大而增大的现象,并把计算结果和经典模型进行比较.

| Abstract: | Through using Non-equilibrium Green's function,the ac transport properties of nanotube can be obtained from the first-principles when the naotube is sandwiched between two metal electrodes.The enhancement and decrease of ac conductance with the augment of frequency are observed at the same system.At the same time,the result is compared with classical model. |
