| 摘 要： | 作者取患尿石病和健康绵羊血清各8份,分别测定其钙、磷、镁、钾、钠、氯、非蛋白氮和粘蛋白等成分。结果病羊血清中磷、钾、镁高于健康羊,钙则低于健康羊;氯、钠两者差异不显著,但均代于正常生理值。非蛋白氮和粘蛋白远高于正常羊。证明尿石病发生与绵羊肾前因素和肾内因素有关。

| Abstract: | Authors measured serum Ca, P, Mg, K, Na, Cl, nonprotein nitrogen and mucin of 8 serum in urolithiasis sheep and health sheep separately. Results showed that serum P, K and Mg of diseased sheep were higher than healthful sheep, Ca was lower and the differences of Cl and Na Between both sheep were not significant. But serum Cl and Za were lower than normal physiological values, Nonprotein nitrogen and mucin were much higher than healthful sheep. These indicated that urolithiasis associated with the factors of sheep renal front and renal back. |
