小型家用电器的缓冲包装设计

摘    要:在分析了蜂窝纸板缓冲性能的基础上,以电饭锅为例,采用蜂窝纸板作为缓冲材料进行缓冲设计,对其结构设计、尺寸设计、缓冲衬垫的校核、防振设计等进行了分析。设计结果表明,蜂窝纸板用于小型家用电器的缓冲包装是可行的。

Abstract:This paper lays an emphasis on the cushioning property of haoneycomb board,takes example for the electric cooker,uses haoneycomb board as cushioning material for cushioning design,including structure design,dimension design and checkout.This paper also carries out vibration-proof design for the transportation packaging.The result indicates that it is feasible to use haoneycomb board as cushioning package for the small household electric appliances.
