| 摘 要： | 通过对大学生体育锻炼项目和健身现状的调查,其调查结果经过数据统计整理与分类,运用计算机网络系统编程,建立大学生体育健身网络咨询系统,制定规范健身内容及定量指标,为群众体育健身规划提供重要的科学依据.

| Abstract: | By using the compilation system of the network computer to arrange and classify the conclusions which come from the researching of the university students' sporting selections and their present situation of fitness,we construct the consultable network system for the university students' sporting fitness.And we constitute the content of the fitness and its quantitative standard.All of there are contribute to providing sciential foundation for the people's regulations of the sporting fitness. |
