| 摘 要： | 本文针对密度控制的特点,采用模糊PID控制策略。并介绍使用组态软件和PLC实现模糊PID控制算法的设计。系统的仿真结果表明该控制方法提高了对非线性、滞后变量的控制效果。经过在海水提钾工程中的实际运行,证明系统的控制效果良好。

| Abstract: | A fuzzy and PID control method is presented for characteristics of density control system. The paper introduces how to design the method using configuration Software and PLC.The result of simulation shows that the control method has improved quality of nonlinear and dead time system. The method is proved effective through application in the project of abstracting potassium nitrate from seawater. |
