| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、访谈法、逻辑分析法、问卷调查法和数理统计法等研究方法,分析了目前体育志愿者的活动特征存在的问题,并提出了优化体育志愿者活动的对策和建议.体育志愿者管理体制和激励机制还不够健全,造成志愿者资源不足,影响了志愿者工作积极性的发挥,也影响了体育志愿者社会影响的扩大.

| Abstract: | The research method utilizes interview method, logic analysis, and questionnaire statistics. This paper focuses on the significance of the university sports volunteer activity, analyzes the current sports volunteer＇s activity existing problems, and puts forward the construction sports volunteer activities countermeasures and suggestions. Sports volunteer management system and incentive mechanism is still insufficient, and the volunteer resources are short, which affects the work initiative of volunteers, and the Expanding social influence of the sport volunteers. |
