| 摘 要： | 从劳动力、资本、科技进步、人力资本、产业结构5个方面构建了城市经济增长水平的综合评价指标体系，运用灰色系统理论和矢量投影原理，对四川14个城市的经济增长水平进行了评价，分析了各城市的缺陷与不足．

| Abstract: | This paper sets up the index system to evaluate economical growth of cities from five aspects:labor power, human-capital ,technological progress and industrial structure. It applies Grey Relation Theory and the vector projection to evaluate economical growth of 14 cities in Sichuan. |
