螺杆泵井光杆断裂原因与防治对策研究

摘    要:在地面驱动螺杆泵井的杆柱系统中 ,光杆和抽油杆都承受着复杂的垂向载荷、扭矩和弯矩 ,由于光杆一般比抽油杆直径大、材质好 ,所以光杆的应力应该比其下部紧接着的抽油杆小 ,但是 ,有些井光杆断裂比上部抽油杆断裂还多 .研究认为 ,当驱动头偏斜 ,盘根上、下部分光杆不在同一轴线上时 ,由于盘根对光杆的约束作用 ,将在盘根下方的光杆上产生弯矩 ,光杆旋转运动过程中 ,弯矩造成的交变应力使光杆产生疲劳破坏 ,光杆断裂位置和断面形状以及定量计算结果都证实了这种判断 .提出用光杆垂直度测量仪严格控制驱动头偏斜的方法 ,可以保证驱动头安装偏斜不超过 0 .5°,是避免光杆发生疲劳破坏的有效措施

Abstract:According to the analyses of the fracturing position of broken polish rod and the shape of fracturing surface, it is held that why the probability of polish rod fracture is greater than that of the upper part fracturing of pumping rod is that the polish rod above packing set is not coaxial to the polish rod below packing set. Because of the constraint of packing set to polish rod, bending moment is produced on the polish rod below packing set, and the polish rod produces fatigue failure under the effect of alternate stress in rotating process. The reason is also proven by the calculated result of stress. The authors hold that ensuring the incline of polish rod less than 0.5°is the effective measures for avoiding the fatigue failure of polish rod.
