| 摘 要： | 本文以实践为基础,概括出了偏角日均估的前兆特征,对发震时间的判断作了论述,从能量观点提出了震级公式,用统引分析进行了论证。最后提出了震磁效应可能影响的范围。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of observation and practice,we have generalizedthe earthquake precursor characteristics of daily variation average ongeomagnetic angular deviation in this paper,and expownded the identifica-tion of the time of earthquake occurence.The magnitude formula is proposedaccording to the viewpoint of energy and proved by statistical analysis.Finally,the paper puts forward the scope which the seismo-magneticeffect would influence in the earthquake source. |
