| 摘 要： | 对于车辆保险业务欺诈行为的识别,采用基于数据挖掘技术对于孤立点的分析,提出一种基于距离的欺诈风险分析方法。在此基础上,应用数据挖掘技术进行保险欺诈分析,对于异常索赔行为加以识别,从而在可能的欺诈行为发生时发出预警。

| Abstract: | Car Insurance CRM system is a close combination of CMR business practice and data exploitation. It＇s to offer enterprise reliable information to help make decisions through a deep analysis of custom data from analysis model out of data exploitation. It＇s supposed to adopt an analysis based on data exploitation technology when fraud recognition is needed, which is also a fraud risk analysis with the help of distance. Based on that, abnormal fraud can be recognized when the application of data exploitation is applied, and then alarm is possible to give before the possible fraud. |
