摘    要:提出一种的可控制相移量的新三维测量方法,按照预定的相移量将三幅等相移正弦光栅图设定好,由投影仪投影该三幅光栅图到待测物体表面,对应采集三帧变形条纹图,通过改进的相位计算模型提取相位,结合高度映射公式计算出物体三维面形.新改进的方法可以有效地提高测量精度,仿真实验表明了该方法的有效性.

Abstract:A new improved method based on active controlling of phase-shifting was presented .In the measurement, three frames of sinusoidal gratings with the same known phase-shifting value are projected to the measured object one by one , while three frames of distorted fringes are captured by CCD camera synchronously.3D shape of the object is measured according to improved phase extracting algorithm .The computer simulations and experiments show that the improved method can effectively improve the measurement accuracy .
