水轮发电机空气间隙的试验分析与研究

摘    要:为了跟踪并监测某水电站发电机组最大负荷下连续运行3h后的工况及空气间隙的变化情况,通过实验测试,运用现场真机监测发电机气隙均值、转子不圆度、磁极伸长等是否处于正常范围之内,得到了气隙圆图、平均气隙趋势图、转子不圆度变化趋势图、升速过程和投励磁后伸长最大的10个磁极的正负向伸长量并分析了此发电机气隙合格性和影响磁极伸长的因素,提出了相关建议.结果表明:平均气隙合格且趋势稳定;两次开机过程气隙值对比无明显变化;转子不圆度超标,占到平均气隙值的14%.

Abstract:Aimed to track and monitor the working performance and air gap variation of the generator af- ter 3 hours of nonstop operation with the maximum load in a hydroelectric station, the generator was ex- perimentally tested to observe if the air gap average,rotor non circularity and pole elongations in the gener- ator were in the normal range,and obtain the circular diagram of air gap,the trend chart of average air gap, the trend chart of rotor non-roundness and the positive and negative elongations of 10 poles which had the largest elongation after the speed-up process and excitation,and finally analyze the qualification of the gen- erator's air gap and factors which impacted the elongation of poles. The results show that the avera gap is qualified and the trend is air gap value, and that the rotor the average value of air gap. stable,during the two start-up processes there is no obvious variation ge air of the non-circularity exceeds the standard specifications,accounting for 14~ of
