| Abstract: | This paper discusses the issue of costs that small-and-medium sized enterprises （SME） make transactions by different financing channels. They include direct financing channels, indirect financing channels and other financing channels. Some countermeasures and suggestions to decrease the SME＇s financing transaction cost are proposed. |
