| 摘 要： | 中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变是由于视网膜色素上皮层（RPE）屏障功能障碍，脉络膜渗漏液进入视网膜神经上皮层下积存，致使神经上皮发生盘状脱离为特征的一种眼底疾病，其病因和发病机制尚不完全清楚，本文对近年来的研究进展做一综述．

| Abstract: | Central serous chorioretinopathy(CSC) is characterized by serous detachment of the sensory retina as a consequence of focal leakage of fluid from the choriocapillaris through a defect in the retinal pigment epithelium.The pathogenesis and cause of central serous chorioretinopathy is unknown.Our article summarizes research progress of CSC in recent years. |
