摘    要:通过对水泥稳定碎石基层掺加减缩剂的试验研究,分析了减缩剂对水泥稳定碎石材料收缩性能及力学性能的影响.试验结果显示,采用减缩剂效果明显,显著降低基层材料的早期收缩量,同时对抗压强度、抗拉强度与弹性模量影响不大;采取同时掺加减水剂和减缩剂的方法可进一步改善基层材料的综合性能.研究结果表明,采用减缩剂控制水泥稳定碎石基层反射裂缝是一种可供选择的方法.

Abstract:Effects of shrinkage-reducing agent on the shrinkage and mechanical properties of cement-stabilized crushed rock base are analyzed through an experimental study by adding the agent to the base.The experimental results show that:The shrinkage-reducing agent has a significant influence on the base by reducing the early shrinkage greatly while it has little effect on the mechanical properties of the base such as compressive strength,splitting tensile strength and elastic modulus; and the approach by adding water-reducing agent and shrinkage-reducing agent jointly can further improve the comprehensive properties of the base significantly.It proves that it is optional to use shrinkage-reducing agent to control reflective cracking of the base of cement-stabilized crushed rock.
