| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the full hydraulic drilling rig in high altitude and cold areas at high altitude diesel engine starts when the reasons for the difficulties of construction,made the corresponding response,and care,and through the construction of Qilian mountains at an altitude of 3,700 meters verified that the above measures are feasible and reliable. |
