原子吸收解吸仪分离测定食品中镉

摘    要:应用YAE-2原子吸收解吸仪自动萃取食品中的镉.结果表明,镉在pH8~9的氨缓冲溶液存在的条件下被EDTA富集柱富集,用Imol/L硝酸溶液作洗脱载液,食品镉含量在100~200μg/kg之间时,含量与最大吸光度成线性关系.测定镉含量为0.5mg/kg的食品,标准差为0.0042mg/kg;均值为0.217mg/kg,变异系数1.93%.检出限为5μg/L(以被测液中的镉计).本方法适用于各种食品中镉的分析,具有分析速度快、准确度好、灵敏度高、线性范围宽等优点.是一种在线高速解吸的分离分析技术.

Abstract:-2 atomice absorption-desorption meter is used in this paper to the cadmium in food. The resukts show that the cadmium EDTA enrichment column in ammonia buffer solution(pH8~9). HNO, solution as the eiution camier. When cadmium in foodis the content and the maximum value of absorption are in of cadmium in food is 0.5 mg/kg;the standard deviation is average value is 0.217 mg/kg;the coefficient of variability is is 5 u.g/L. The method has a good degree of accuracy, speed,high sensitivity and wide linear range. It's applicable to cadmium in all kinds of food.
