| 摘 要： | （一） 北齐轻视淮南，是因为淮南对北齐的战备意义已经失去。旧说只以“备周“即防备北周的进攻来解释北齐轻视淮南的原因，于北齐经略淮南的目的这个大背景有所忽略。（二）陈后主昏庸，是陈宣帝北伐失败后陈朝政权呈现颓丧之气的表现。

| Abstract: | The Northern Qi empire despised Huainan area because the area had lost its strategic significance for the empire. In the past the scholar explained the cause the Northern Qi despised Huainan from only the Northern Qi'taking precautions against the attack of the Northern Zhou and lost sight of the grand background ,that is ,the aim of the Northern Qi'had seized Huainan. (2) Chen Houzhu' muddleheadedness was the expression of Chen empire in the dispirited air after the Emperor Xuan of Chen had failed in his attact on the Northern Qi. |
