小柴胡汤对内异症大鼠异位内膜Fas及Caspase-3蛋白表达的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨小柴胡汤治疗大鼠内异症的作用机制。方法:建立大鼠内异症动物模型,利用免疫组化的方法,观察分析各用药组在位、异位内膜Fas及Caspase-3蛋白的表达。结果:小柴胡汤治疗组内异症大鼠异位内膜Fas蛋白、Caspase-3蛋白的表达水平明显高于其在位内膜,但对照组(蒸馏水)中却相反,而在丹那唑组中两相差不明显。结论:小柴胡汤治疗大鼠内异症的作用机制可能是通过上调Fas蛋白的表达,促进异位内膜细胞的凋亡而实现的。

Abstract:Aim: To explore the mechanism of Xiao Chaihu Tang on treatment endometriosis in rats. Methods: The rat model of endometriosis was established, Fas and Caspase-3 protein expression in each group of emdometrium and endometriotic tissue were observed by immunohistochemistry method. Results: The protein expression of Fas and Caspase-3 in the endometriotic tissue were higher than the emdometrium in Xiao Chaihu Tang group, while control group was opposed to Xiao Chaihu Tang group and the difference was not obvious in Danazol group. Conclusion:The mechanism of Xiao Chaihu Tang on treatment endometriosis may be to increase the Fas protein expression and apoptosis in endometriotic tissue.
