高能气体压裂无壳弹的研究与应用

摘    要:研究高能气体压裂用无壳弹是为了更进一步提高高能气体压裂的增产效果.解决有壳弹存在的问题.文中给出了所设计的无壳弹的整体结构,设计了点火系统,并对无壳弹中心管进行了抗内压强度校核、抗挤压强度设计、螺纹抗剪切强度校核,最后给出了应用该无壳弹进行的高能气体压裂的实井应用效果情况.应用表明,无壳弹高能气体压裂技术已较为成熟,其应用效果好,具有良好的推广前景.

Abstract:The purpose of studying the shellless fracturing bullet is to further raise the output increase efficiency of HEGF and to solve the problems involved with the shelled bullets. This paper presents the completestructure of the shellless bullet designed,the design of the ignition system and the extrusion resistant strength,calibrates the internal pressure resistant strength of the central tube and shearing strength of the threads. Theapplication results of HEGF with shellless bullets in wells are also presented in the paper. The results provethat the technique of HEGF with shellless bullels is mature.the results are desirable and it has prosperous future for dissemination.
