科举制度对中外人文交流的现实意义及其发展思路

科举制度在我国特定历史时期人才选拔的范围、程序与标准等方面，展现出了自身所具有的合理性，也对东亚地区、西方国家的人才选拔方式产生了深远影响，为西方现代公务员体制的构建奠定了良好基础。当代，科举制度已渐进式地形成为科举学，并逐渐走入国际视野，成为提升我国文化软实力的有效方式，有利于促进中外文化的互融互通。我国应构建跨学科、跨领域、跨国别的科举学学术共同体，拓展科举学交流路径，进一步提升科举学的国际影响力。

Significance and Future of the Imperial Examination System toChinese People Exchanges with the World

The imperial examination system,“Keju”,has demonstrated its rationality in the scope,procedure and standard of talent selection in a specific historical period in China,had a profound impact on the talent selection methods in East Asia,West Europe and North America,and laid a good foundation for the construction of modern western civil service system. It has gradually developed into an academic discipline Kejuology,starting to receive the international attention,and has become an effective way to enhance Chinas cultural soft power,which is conducive to better cultural integration between China and the world. China should build an interdisciplinary,cross field and transnational Keju academic community to expand the communication path for Keju,and enhance the international influence of Kejuology.
