摘    要:非满载罐式汽车稳态转向或变道行驶时,由于罐内液体的晃动,其侧翻稳定性低于相同类型运输固体货物的汽车。通过对非满载罐式汽车静态侧翻模型建立,推导出了非满罐式汽车的侧翻阈值,对影响非满载罐式汽车侧翻稳定性的参数进行了敏感性分析,提出了改善罐式汽车侧翻稳定性的方法,为罐式汽车防侧翻系统的开发打下基础。

Abstract:Rollover stability of a tank vehicle can be lower than that of a comparable vehicle carrying solid cargo due to sloshing of the liquid cargo within the partially filled tank during cornering or lane changing maneuvers. In this paper, the static rollover model for partially filled liquid tank vehicle is set up; the rollover threshold for partially filled tank vehicle during steady state cornering is derived. The sensitivity parameters affecting the rollover stability of partially filled liquid tank vehicle are analyzed. The methods to improve rollover stability of liquid tank vehicle are presented. This will form the basis for the development of a liquid tank vehicle anti-rollover system.
