基于纵向激励的铁基非晶带弱磁传感器研究

摘    要:为研制高性能的弱磁传感器,通过纵向激励方式,使得铁基非晶带Fe78Si9B13具有高巨磁阻抗(GM I)效应。在传感器电路设计中,RC反相振荡电路与开关管构成脉冲信号发生电路;峰值检波电路、无源低通滤波电路与AD620差分运算电路构成信号调理电路;由双运放组成的V/I转换电路作为负反馈电路。对基于GM I效应的弱磁传感器的输出进行了试验标定与数据分析。测试结果表明:在磁场-210μT至210μT范围内,灵敏度为5.7 mV/μT、线性度为0.87%,重复性为0.63%,迟滞误差为±0.36%,达到了实际的弱磁场测试要求。
