| 摘 要： | 试图探讨如何可能在当地族群的民族文化、生态环境和社会经济发展之间取得一个平衡点并协调发展 ,一方面既可肯定高原族群生态环境的多样性 ,肯定各民族文化的多样性和独特性 ,另一方面也能通过谨慎的有节制的开发 ,可持续地改善当地居民的生活。
