浮选柱中气泡参数影响因素及其改善方法

摘    要:用TPM2型气液两相流特征参数测量装置测量了浮选柱中的气泡参数.清水中气泡较均匀,气泡直径较小;含油污水中气泡显著增大,均匀性显著降低.浮选药剂UP30的加入对于改善气泡参数有一定的作用,但效果并不明显.加入填料可以有效地改善浮选柱中的气泡大小及均匀性.

Abstract:A series of TPM 2 instruments for measuring the characteristic parameters of two phase flow were used to survey some bubble parameters in flotation column. Experiment with water showed that bubbles were small and well distributed. But in oily wastewater, bubbles became larger and bad distributed compared with the condition in water. At the gas distributor, the condition has became extremely serious. Floating agent UP 30 can improve the bubble parameters, but the result was not satisfactory. Packing can ameliorate bubble parameters greatly.
