超声波辅助提取金线莲多糖工艺优化

摘    要:以金线莲为原料、金线莲多糖提取率为指标,优化了超声波辅助提取金线莲多糖的最佳工艺条件.结果表明,在料液比(g∶m L)=1∶70、温度80℃、超声功率210 W的条件下作用50 min,金线莲多糖提取率达到2.495%.超声波技术强化了金线莲多糖的提取效果.

Optimization of the extraction technology for Anoectochilus formosanus polysaccharide by using ultrasonic assistant extraction

Abstract:With the extraction rate of Anoectochilus formosanus polysaccharide as the index,the optimum conditions of Anoectochilus formosanus polysaccharide by using the ultrasonic assistant extraction were studied. The results showed that under the following conditions,the solid-to-solvent ratio at 1∶ 70( g∶ m L),the temperature 80 ℃,the ultrasonic powder 210 W and the extraction time 50 min,the extraction yield of Anoectochilus formosanus polysaccharide reached 2. 495%. The extraction effect of Anoectochilus formosanus polysaccharide was strengthened by the ultrasonic technology.
