俄色茶的化学成分研究

摘    要:利用溶剂提取和正、反相色谱法、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱等技术对采自藏区的俄色茶(Malus torangoades(Rehd.)Hughes)的化学成分进行了研究.采用核磁共振、质谱等波谱技术鉴定化合物的结构.从俄色茶的乙醇提取物中分离得到12个化合物,分别鉴定为:根皮苷(1),根皮素(2),3-羟基根皮苷(3),3-羟基根皮素(4),三叶苷(5),槲皮素(6),槲皮苷(7),异槲皮苷(8),芦丁(9),金丝桃苷(10),香豆酸(11),咖啡酸(12).化合物1~5为二氢查耳酮类化合物,化合物6~10为黄酮类化合物,化合物11和12为酚酸成分.其中化合物3~5和7~12为首次从该植物中分离得到.

Chemical constituents from the leaves of Malus torangoades(Rehd.) Hughes

Abstract:This paper studied the chemical constituents from the leaves of Malus torangoades(Rehd.) Hughes growing in Tibetan regions. The compounds were isolated and purified by various kinds of column chromatography,such as the silica gel column,MPLC,semi-preparative HPLC,and Sephadex LH-20. The structures were elucidated by NMR spectroscopicmethods in combination with MS experiments. The results showed that 12 compounds were isolated from Malus torangoades(Rehd.) Hughes,and identified as phloridzin(1),phloretin(2),sieboldin(3),3-hydroxyphloretin(4),trilobatin(5),quercetin(6),quercitrin(7),isoquercitrin(8),rutin(9),hyperoside(10),coumaric acid(11),Caffeic acid(12). Compounds 1 ~ 5 are dihydrochalcones,6 ~ 10 are flavonoids,while 11 ~ 12 are phenolic compounds,of which compounds 3 ~ 5 and 7 ~ 12 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
