计时电流法电沉积制备Ni-S镀层及在锂离子电池上的应用 |

摘 要: | 以硫代硫酸钠为硫源,利用计时电流法采用三电极体系电沉积制备出了Ni-S镀层.经XRD和EDS分析,该Ni-S镀层为Ni_3S_4,同时也存在少量的单质硫,形成Ni_3S_4/S复合物.从SEM图上可以看出该复合物镀层为微米颗粒组成的像树皮状结构.Ni_3S_4/S复合物作为锂离子电池负极,首次放电比容量可达975.1m Ah/g,50次循环后容量保持率只能达到48.95%.

Abstract: | Electrodeposition by chronoamperometry,a convenient approach,has been used for fabricating Ni_3S_4/S on Cu foil substrates.The obtained Ni_3S_4/S thin films were characterized by SEM(scanning electron microscopy),XRD(X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy) and EDS(energy dispersive spectrometry).The SEM showed that the coating was of the micron bark-shape grain structure,and the size of the particles would increase with the increase of the concentration of sodium thiosulfate.Furthermore,the electrodeposited Ni_3S_4/S thin films were first used as the anode for lithium-ion intercalation and exhibited a high specific capacity of 975.1 m Ah/g,but the capacity retention reached only 48.95% after 50 cycles. |
