Ω型轴向槽道热管传热性能的实验研究

摘    要:论文针对现有热管实验手段的不足,自行搭建了集加热系统、冷却系统、角度调节系统和温度测量系统于一体的Ω型轴向槽道热管传热性能实验台,考察了加热功率、工作倾角、冷却条件等因素对热管工作特性的影响。结果表明:实验所用热管水平放置时最大传热量较小,若改善冷却条件可提高热管的传热能力;当热管放置为重力辅助作用时,热管传热能力显著改善,反向放置时,热管无法正常工作。研究结果对于热管在飞行器中的应用研究具有参考价值。

Abstract:For the current lack of experimental methods for heat pipe,in this paper experimental bench including heating system, cooling sys-tem,angle regulation system and temperature regulation systemare founded. Then the influence of heating power,working rake angle and cool-ing condition to the performance characteristic of heat pipe are inspected. The analysis of experimental data indicates that firstly when putting horizontally,the maximum heat transfer of heat pipe is limited;secondly when under gravity thermal performance of heat pipe improves obvi-ously;and when putting reversely the heat pipe can not work normally. The study has a reference value for heat pipe used in aeroplanes.
