| 摘 要： | 本主要从电子商务的基本概念，电子商务与传统商务活动的比较，电子商务的分类，在发展电子商务中应注意的安全问题，以及电子商务的发展前景等诸方面对电子商务进行了较全面的剖析，以使人们能够对电子商务有更多、更全面的了解，从而推动电子商务事业的发展。
