| 摘 要： | 信息网络是知识经济赖以存在的知识及信息流通的载体,为了迎接知识经济的挑战,在我国网络化水平及利用率较低的现状下,我们必须加速信息网络的建设,提高信息网络的利用率,同时还必须大力发展教育事业,加大科技投入,抓住机遇构建科技创新体系。
